Maybe we need a thread where we can showcase guitarists that grab our attention. These, of course are two of Clogger's and mine's favorite guitarists. This is fresh from a show this past weekend. Enjoy the magic that ensues up and down the fretboard! Three Clouds Across The Moon

Lizzy! that is so true, so true! Ted had property (He may well still have it) and he lived right near some of my family in the boonies near Jackson of southern Michigan. Everyone in that community appreciates him and what he stands for. If people just hate him because of the "media bites" that they hear of him...they are really missing out on the truth of who he is. I will respect Clogger's wishes and not go into anything political (Forum rules, ha) so I will end it there, but I know you probably understand. Moose PS Funny Ted Vid!

Moose I Will say this about Uncle TED! When Uncle Ted Speaks he Speaks for me and as long at Uncle Ted Keeps Speaking for me and Playing his Guitar I will see him live and buy his Music! I have seen Uncle Ted live more then any other music group that I like! My first concert was Uncle TED 1977 with Lynyrd Skynyrd REO Speedwagon! I took my 17 year old nephew to see his first Uncle Ted Show last Summer he and his friend could not believe Uncle Ted was 64 and Rocking That Hard! Me and my Brother and Uncle Ted Said it all about clean living and no bad Habits! What a Great Role Model Uncle Ted! I sent my friend AZangie his cook book Kill it and Grill it and 3 Kirsty Akers CD!(LOL) and I have read Ted White and Blue Great Book! So Many Great Rockers When Down to Bad Habits Dam You Phil Lynott! I can Keep going on but it time to stop! Time for Stranglehold! linkLizzy

I haven't read his book yet...maybe next year. Too busy to do any reading beyond what I sit down to read online! I do hear it is a good book tho! Next year things should slow down so clogger and I can play more of our own music...and read some good books (And continue to listen to GOOD music!)

Art, I used to hear "Amos Moses" all the time on the C&W radio station that my family listened to when I was a kid. And hearing the song now still makes me smile! I remember when I was a freshman in high school in the early '70s, the cheerleaders would practice their routines to this song (and others), and they had that little record player turned up LOUD.
