News flash!! Bakersfield, California, has been added to the JY list of travels. Hope this is okay with everyone. Lizzy, Aaron, vzanz, and I were chatting about the Crystal Palace when Lizzy said he wanted to go there, so we added it to the list. I'm looking forward to it; maybe I can get a good chile relleno there. The Mexican food here in Oregon is terrible.

Yes, we need an itinerary thread! We should maybe start right there on the West coast! Love Buck Owens! My uncle's band always does Buck's song "Buckaroo" at the end of each set before they take a break.

P.S. I think the Jungle Yachts need to make a stop in Nashville so we can attend one of Marty's shows. I wonder what Marty will do when Lizzy gets up on his seat, with his lighter, and starts yelling "FREE BIRD!"

Sounds great Cali, we may have to appoint you as our "Tour Manager"!  We should also hit some of these great festivals I hear about...such as Bonnaroo, Telluride, and so many more......We might have to bring our clogging group with us as Clogger and I will need to keep our skills up! |

Attention Jungle Yacht shoppers...er um GROOVY Jungle Yacht Yodelers..we must add this to our itinerary; Daryll Halls New Restaurant!!Most of us here have heard of and enjoy Larry's Country Diner...well how about a "Live at Daryl's "rockin' Diner? I embellished the name but it is kinda the same concept. Check it out! Can't wait to see what new shows Daryl will be putting out from this restaurant! Here, you come in and eat and watch them put the show together. I looked at the schedule and saw that on Feb 20th, they are having a tribute show for "The Songs of The Weight". There will be musicians from Levon Helm's band, from The Band and the Rick Danko Group. Wow. Sounds like fun. Anyhow, we gotta add this to our list of places to go whilst on the Yacht.  |
