Uncle Art! We need this estate that is currently on the market. It is in Colorado and near Telluride!!! We can use it as a spot for the Groovy Yodeling Pirates to unwind after a gruelling tour. Plus we can write music and songs there! You know, our next big hit! What do you think? Can we have it Uncle Art? Can we? And Ruff could keep an eye on it for us while we are touring! Sure! We could use the Mazda for grocery store runs. After all, you don't want to drive the Jungle Yacht clear in to the IGA just to get bread and butter.  |
