So, I posted the pic below in the chat room of my cat Bobbie watching MCR, but you couldn't see her little bobtail in it. So here is a 19 sec video of her and her little bobtail. When I adopted her from a rescue, she had just had her tail amputated because it was broken when they found her. I'm so used to it that it seems odd when I see a "normal" cat with a full tail, haha. She doesn't do it in this short video, but usually she walks around with it pointing straight up, like a warthog, haha. (I've seen them in Africa, so funny!)

Fest, if I didn't know better, I would think that Bobbie is a manx. She's a beautiful cat.

Good Cal Cali! If we need an official Cat to represent us, we should see if Fest's cat Bobbie wants to do it! cloggercass

I think she would be honored! Thanks :-) (She was named Bobbie for her bobtail and after Bobbie Gentry, haha!)

She loves to fetch too - will do it over and over and over.... Check out this video (excuse the messy house!) and be sure to click on the HD at the bottom right for a clearer picture. You should be able to view it even if you don't do Facebook (let me know if you can't): www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=631424296883750&l=959709666952376803

Fest, your cat is TOO funny!!!!! We really enjoyed watching her fetch! We are in the process of getting our new (new to us) home ready to move into....and after we are settled, we are gonna see about rescuing a cat or two. They can keep us company over the long winter! Clogger is really excited about that. I am more of a dog person but we are really busy with our performances and such right now, so I think a cat or two is the way to go. Moose

I'm dog-sitting this week for a large yellow lab 10-month old puppy named Boudreaux - he's huge for my tiny house but is the most well behaved calm puppy I've ever seen. Bobbie and my (late) dog Haven were best buds but Boudreaux has about 70lbs on Haven (he's about 92lbs) so Bobbie's not sure what to think... Here's a photo of them and their first "kiss". Note Bobbie's right paw, posed to swat at any instant, lol! So far, so good...

Fest, I'm sure that Boudreaux quickly found out who's in charge, and it isn't him. Cali

Boudreaux is still here and he and Bobbie are getting more comfortable around each other every day, which is such a relief. You're spot on, Cali, haha! So far so good, Moose - he's a gentle giant. Nothing spilled, chewed, or broken...yet. :-)
