According to what MCR posted on facebook today, there'll be no live show tomorrow night. They don't want anyone travelling due to the road conditions there. They'll be replaying a show on hippie radio and might replay a show thru livestream. I'll check in at some point to see if anyone's in the chat. Hope everybody is staying safe and warm. I'd tell ya about the weather here but I don't wanna make anybody cry!  |

I just saw their Facebook post - bummer, but I understand, due to the weather. I was really looking forward to the lineup, though, being a big fan of GSBG, DnC, & The Honeycutters. And, of course, I'm always interested in seeing an artist new to me as well - in tomorrow's case, that would have been Andrew Duhon. On the upside, there's a musician in town tomorrow night I'd like to see (David Ezell) and now I've no excuse not to go. :-)

Due to the icy road conditions and extreme temperatures in Franklin, TN we have decided to cancel the show on Wednesday. We truly want the best for our fans, bands and the crew of MCR and for that reason we feel it’s best to sit this show out. We will be rebroadcasting an older show on Nashville's Hippie Radio and may be rebroadcasting an older show on our Livestream online account.

My husband said he saw this as well on hi FB page. Hopefully all of these acts will be able to reschedule for a later date to appear on MCR. Of course, you can't control Mother Nature! If she's gonna ct up, you gotta do what you gotta do. I'm sure MCR gave this hard decision careful thought. Keeping folks safe is always a priority.
At least we have next week....and don't forget...Jim is on Concert Window next Monday!
