You know, I was just listening to Doug's interview on the Jim & Buddy show yesterday. Very interesting show! I picked up some tunes off of that show that I want to purchase. s0218

I agree with you, he has lead a very different kind of life. It almost reminded me of the low spots of Townes Van Zandt. Of course a lot of his woes were to that of his own making and I am not completely up on how Doug's travails played out. But how interesting that he is big in Sweeden! We have a lot of artists here (USA) who are big in Japan....but not often Sweeden!
I must admit, I was not familiar with him til I head the Jim & Buddy Show. (I listen to it "on demand" as I have time)

If you listen to Jim & Buddy, did you catch Carlene Carter's interview? That was a great show too! I wish they archived them or you could buy the podcasts afterwards!
